We bought steaks for our sons college graduation this past weekend from Michigan Tech. We cooked them on the grill, on the shores of lake superior in the UP. Awesome and thanks for the custom cuts
This place is my wife’s and my favorite meat market! We visit at least once a week. Today we bought New York strip steaks! The meats are great for grilling! Today they were packed, but service was great! Very good staff!
We have had ordered a hog and side of beef. Best pork and beef we had in a very long time. This was the first time ordering a hog and very tasty. Went some place else for a hog and not so good. Going to place an order for another one. Also have had the hot dogs and brats. very good.
I just got out of a Steampunk convention and bumped into this glorious shop on my way back to Ann Arbor, MI. Best sausage I have ever had. Inexpensive high quality meats. Next year I am coming with a cooler and buying a metric ton! Thank you! I will definitely be back!
In our experience Sorgs has to be the BEST butcher in the Chicagoland/Milwaukee area! Not only do they do amazing custom butchering with friendly family service they have thrived throughout these uncertain times. We feel like family walking through the door always greeting by a happy friendly staff. Thanks again for all of your hard work. We always look forward to our next visit!
Just used them to have 12 hogs custom processed throughout the month of May. The staff was very helpful and extremely friendly. All the clients that had to call up to place cutting instructions also told me how helpful and how they made the process easy. Getting positive reviews back on how good the meat tastes. Would definitely use them again for a custom processor. They were great to work with!
Great selection and great prices! They have so many things besides their delicious cuts of meat. Beef, poultry, pork… Homemade sausages and bratwurst! Stuffed chicken breasts, beef jerky, sauces and seasonings too! Friendly staff and clean store, this place is great!
The only place i go for meat for the last 10 years. Never disappointed. Also the only place i need to go for Christmas gifts. Quality meats. Great friendly service. Covid has brought stressful times and circumstances and the Sorgs family and employees have risen to all of the challenges faced.
Love their brats! Whenever I go we always load up on all their different flavors. My favorite is the AL Capone. Can’t beat meat with more meat in it.
Love this place! Great products, and a great staff. The ladies at the counter are always so nice and helpful. I usually have large orders and they are amazing!
