Booth Family Farm
Located in Delavan, WI and just a few short miles North of Sorg’s, Booth Family Farm has been providing 100% grass-fed, organic beef to customers from Milwaukee to Chicago and everywhere in between. Established in 2018 and farmed by AJ and Kim Booth, along with their three boys, we have worked to expand the number of cattle we sell direct-to-consumer to about 60 head a year. We sell beef in bulk in either quarter, halves or whole. We offer processing dates two times throughout the year. The first is at the end of May and early June followed up in the fall from late September to November. We have a trusted partnership with Sorg’s to ensure the quality and satisfaction that our customers returning year after year have come to know.

Our beef is raised on our farm and is never introduced to grains at any age. During the growing seasons our cattle rotate through our 100 acres of pastures daily. These pastures have been organic for over 20 years! During the winter we feed our hay that was grown and baled on our farm. This ensures the quality of the feed and the source.
We would love to help provide grass-fed beef for your family. For inquires, please contact Kim Booth via email at boothfamilyfarmwi@gmail.com. You can also visit our website at www.boothfamilyfarmwi.com. We are also on Facebook and Instagram at Booth Family Farm – Grass Fed Beef.

Katzman Family Farms
Katzman Farms, located in Whitewater, is proud to be one of the 22,777 beef and dairy farms at the heart of Wisconsin’s beef industry! Wes and Katy Katzman operate Katzman Farms with their adult children, Jake, Elizabeth and Aaron.
The Katzman family has developed nutritional and handling practices focused on producing a consistent, high-quality product. The cattle are fed a corn-based diet, which results in a highly marbled, very tender product. By grain-finishing cattle, the Katzmans are able to shorten the time it takes to get from birth to harvest while increasing the total amount of beef produced per animal.
The team at Katzman Farms takes pride in producing quality beef for you – our family, friends and neighbors! To purchase a quarter, half or whole steer, contact Katy Katzman at 262-903-6727 or katzman@idcnet.com. Katy is passionate about educating interested consumers about buying beef direct from farm families like hers.

Isaacsen Farms
Welcome to Isaacsen Farms, where family, tradition, and quality come together to bring you the finest farm-raised beef. Located in the picturesque landscape of Palmyra, Wisconsin, our farm has been a labor of love since 1996, when Bill and Toni Isaacsen first set out on their farming journey. They raised their sons, Ryan and Griffin, teaching them the values of hard work and stewardship. Today, Ryan and his fiance, Alexis, Griffin and his fiance, Ashley, and their nephew Brady are integral to the farm’s operations, continuing the family tradition and bringing their own passion for farming into the mix. Monthly farm meetings around the dinner table have become a staple.
A little bit about their cattle. Currently, the farm has 45 head of Hereford and Hereford/Angus crossbreds. No immunizations are given to their animals and medication is given only when medically necessary. It is important to them to raise their animals humanely and with respect. The beef they provide to their customers is the same beef that they provide to their family. Their beef customers become repeat buyers and their biggest challenge is growing their herd to meet the demand. They have partnered with Sorg’s for their beef processing since the beginning, as they provide the highest quality product.
